The Extinction

Patron - The Extinction can be your commander.
If it is, whenever you cast a spell that destroys two
or more permanents, you get an Extinction
counter. Cast The Extinction only if you have
three or more Extinction counters.
Whenever you cast a spell that destroys two or
more permanents, put a number of those
permanents onto the battlefield under your con-
trol equal to the number of Extinction counters
you have. After that many turns, sacrifice them.
