+5: Summon All Saiyan Creatures from Exile, Graveyard, Or your Library. Double their power and toughness. Exile Them at the end of the next turn.
-20: Summon all Saiyan creatures from anywhere, and Quadruple their power and toughness. Exile them when they attack. You may not summon them again.
