The Eye

Patron - The Eye can be your commander.
If it is, you play with your hand and the top card
of your library revealed.
Whenever a player casts a spell that is revealed,
that player draws a card and loses 1 life.
{7}{b}{w}{u}: Each opponent loses life equal to the
number of revealed cards in each players hand
and library. You gain that much life. Activate this
ability only once per turn on your turn.
