The eye

Look at the cards in all opponent's hands. Take 3
from each and remove them from the game. They
all search their library for cards of the same name
and remove them as well. If you also possess those cards place them on the battlefield tapped
without paying their mana cost. If this card was
played without paying mana take 4 cards from
each opponent instead.
