The Eye-Taker

Whenever The Eye-Taker blocks a creature, put
a blind counter on that creature and a +1/+1
counter on The Eye-Taker.
Creatures with blind counters on them can't
attack.
The Eye-Taker can block an additional creature
for each +1/+1 counter on it.
