The Eyes that Bleed

Skip your draw step.
Whenever you take damage, exile the top
two cards of your library face down, you may reveal a card from amongst them. The Eyes
that Bleed deals X damage to you where X is equal to the converted mana cost
of revealed card. You may cast that card
without paying its mana cost until end of
turn, put the other card into your hand.
