The Faceless Emperor

Whenever an effect you don't control targets The Faceless Emperor, create a 1/1 white Soldier
creature token, then you may redirect the target
of that effect to another creature if able.
When The Faceless Emperor dies, lose 2 life and create a token that's a copy of it.
Anyone can be the emperor, but the visage can never
be replaced.
