The Fall of Yamcha

The monster that you and your opponent each
have on the field that is of the lowest value of
Power/Toughness goes to their respective discard
pile. Your opponent receives damage half to
equal that of their monster's Power value. If the
Power value is odd-numbered, the value halved
and dealt to the opponent is rounded down.
