The Fallen Sun

Whenever a player taps a land for mana for the
first time this turn, that player adds two mana of
any type that land produced. This mana may be
used to cast any spell as if it had flash.
At the end of turn, exile The Fallen Sun. Then each player creates an artifact token with "Sacrifice this permanent: add one mana of any type." for each land they control.
