Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, that creature worships The Father of Corruption (tap that creature and put a +1/+1 counter on The Father.)
Whenever a creature worships another creature, put X +1/+1 counters on that creature, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on the creature that it worshipped.
Creatures your opponents control get -2/-2 for each +1/+1 counter on them.
