When The Fifth Titan enters the battlefield or attacks, another target permanent you control becomes green. If that permanent was a creature, it gets +3/+3 and gains trample until
end of turn. Otherwise, put 3 +1/+1 counters on that permanent and it becomes a 0/0 Elemental creature in addition to its other types.
