The Final Sliver

When The Final Sliver enters the battlefield, exile
all other Sliver creatures on the battlefield and in any graveyard.

The Final Sliver's power is equal to the combined power of all Slivers in exile. The Final Sliver gains
all abilities of all Sliver creatures in exile.

If The Final Sliver would die or become exiled, return it to its owner's hand. It costs {p/c} extra each time it would die or become exiled.
