At your upkeep watch the top card of your
library. If its a permanent, bring it on the battlefield. If not put it in your graveyard.
When The First Flame leaves the battlefield,
exile all permanents.
But in time the First Fire occurred, and Disparity was brought about together with the fire. Heat and cold,
life and death, and, of course, light and dark.
