The First Necromancer

Whenever a creature an opponent owns is put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead with a raised dead counter on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, return all cards your opponents own in exile with raised dead counters on them to the battlefield under your control. They are 1/1 black Skeleton creatures in addition to their other types.
