{1}{u}{u}{t}: tap X creatures, where X is the
converted amount of mana in your mana pool. If
you tap a creature an opponent controls,
that creature doesn't untap during its controllers
untap step.
Tapped creatures you control have; "Whenever
this creature becomes tapped, add {u} to your
mana pool".
