The First Scarecrow

Whenever another scarecrow you control enters the battlefield or attacks, you may put a fear counter on target creature an opponent controls.
(Creatures with a fear counter have -X/-X and
can't attack you, where X is the number of fear counters on that creature.)

Whenever a creature with a fear counter on it dies, you may draw 2 cards. If you do, then discard a
card and lose 1 life.
