The First Torii

Whenever fortified land becomes tapped, the
next Spirit spell you cast may be cast as though
it had flash. When that Spirit enters the battlefield, if it is a creature it gains haste
until end of turn.
Fortify {u}{r}{g} ({u}{r}{g}: Attach to target land you control. Fortify only as a sorcery. This card enters the battlefield unattached and stays on the battlefield if the land leaves.)
