The First Turning
Whenever The First Turning becomes active,
put 2 Time counters on it.
At the beginning of Player 1's next turn, remove
1 Time counter from The First Turning. Once
The First Turning has 0 Time counters on it,
remove it from the game, until The Fourth
Turning is removed from the game. Then,
return it to the game.
While the High is active, all creatures can't attack.
