When The Fisher enters, create two Bait tokens.

{b}{r}, Sacrifice a creature: Create X Bait tokens,
where X is that creature's toughness plus 1.
{1}{u}{g}, Sacrifice X Bait tokens: Reveal the top X
cards of your library, where X is the number of Bait tokens sacrificed plus 2. You may put a Fish,
Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, Serpant, or Whale
revealed this way with mana value X or less onto the battlefield. Put the rest on the bottom of your library
in any order.
