Look at the top cards of each opponents library:
-If that card is a land create 2 treasure tokens.
- If that card is a creature it costs {p/c}{p/c} more to
cast.
-If that card is an instant or sorcery
target permanent you control cannot be targeted
by that spell.
-If that card is an enchantment or artifact
exile it. You may play it from exile for any mana
of any color. It perpetually gains Cumulative
Upkeep.
