+1: Add 2 mana of any one colour to your mana pool. This mana doesn't empty from your mana pool as steps and phases end.
-3: Deal 2 damage to each creature. If you have Witchcraft, deal an additional 2 damage to each creature opponents control.
-8: Each opponent may sacrifice any number of permanents. Then you create a Chaos token for each permanent your opponents control.
