The Forgotten Overlord

When a skeleton you control deals combat
damage to a player, instead put that many cards
from the top of their library into their graveyard.
{u}{b}: Regenerate The Forgotten Overlord
{x}{u/b}: Put target creature card with toughness x
or less from a graveyard onto the battlefield
under your control. It is a skeleton in
addition to its other types.
