The Four Apocalypses

When you cast The Four Apocalypses, exile all
tokens you control that are copies of it.
When The Four Apocalypses enters the
battlefield, create three tokens that are copies
of it, except they aren't legendary.
Whenever a player is dealt damage by The
Four Apocalypses, that player sacrifices a
permanent, discards a card, and loses 2 life.
