The Freed

: Planeswalkers with 5 or more loyalty can not be activated. If a permanent with a cage counter would leave the battlefield exile it instead.
+5: Place a cage counter on 5 different permanents. Tap them and they lose all abelites. They stay this way as long as there is a counter on them.
-20: Exile each permanent with a cage counter. Then return all permanents exiled by The Freed to the battlefield under your control.
