Begin the game with this card revealed, and
another player is "The Winter Vanguard".
All creatures don't untap until their 2nd untap
step after tapping. When a land or creature is
tapped, but a frost counter on it. If something
has four or more frost counters on it, destroy it.
Creatures you control can block "unblockable",
"can't be blocked creatures" or ones with a
land walk ability.
Win: Eliminate a player while having
no cards in hand.
