The Fun Police

Any player may attempt to cast The Fun Police from the Sharpie Control Zone by paying its mana cost plus, X is the times the number of times it has previously resolved times 3. As an additional cost to cast this spell, all players vote for a player. If all votes target the same player, The Fun Police resolves. Otherwise, this spell fails to cast. Target player may sacrifice any number of permanents or cards in any zone that have been written on or altered by a Sharpie that he or she has played.
