The Gardens of Eternity

(A deck can't contain more than one World. When a
World enters the battlefield, each player shuffles each
other World they control into their owner's library.)
Whenever a permanent card would be put into
any player's graveyard, that player puts it on the
top or on the bottom of their library instead.
