The Ghost of King Ramses

During your upkeep, if an opponent controls an artifact, you may put one Curse counter on target artifact he or she controls. Artifacts with Curse counters have "{3}: Return this card to its owner's hand.".
If an opponent taps an artifact with a Curse counter on it, that player loses X life, where X
is equal to the number of Curse counters on that artifact.
