When all players are Nobles, reveal The Gladiator. When you do, all Nobles win the game.

Turn The Gladiator face up: Destroy all creatures except the creature with the highest combined power and toughness. (If two or more creatures are tied for the highest combined power and toughness, destroy all creatures instead. )
