At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control a creature named Ethan the Wired, remove a time
counter from The God of Destruction.
When The God of Destruction enters the battlefield, each opponent sacrifices all
permanents they control. For each permanent sacrificed this way, put a +1/+1 counter
on The God of Destruction.
