The Gods Approval

The second, third, and fourth times casting your commander from the command zone do not
require additional mana to cast.
After the fourth time casting your commander
from the command zone its total mana value
becomes {10} plus its additional colored mana requirements for the rest of the game.
If you start the game with The Gods Approval in
your hand you may cast it without paying its
mana cost.
