When The Grapes of Wrath enters the battlefield create X 1/1 black grape plant creature tokens with "this creature can't attack or block alone".
Plant creatures you control get +1/+1.

Whenever another grape creature dies create X copies of it, where X is it's power.

"What do you mean don't eat them? They are just grapes. What can a grape do to me?"
