The Great Melding

Each player chooses a number, then each player reveals their numbers simultaneously.
Each player puts a permanent card with converted
mana cost equal to the number they chose from
their hand onto the battlefield, if all numbers
are within 2 of each other, the player that chose
the lowest number chooses a card they own from
outside the game and puts it into their hand.
