you may reference Worship counters instead.
• If a God you control has an ability with a condition, a cost, or an alternate form, you may spend Worship counters equal to that ability’s original requirement instead.
• If a God you control leaves the battlefield, you
may pay 3 Worship counters instead. If you do, return it to your hand instead.
