At the begining of each upkeep, put a charge
counter on The Grid.
At the beginning of each of your main phases, if
you have not added mana with this ability this
turn, you may add X mana in any combination
of colors, where X is the number of charge
counters on The Grid.
{3}: Remove a charge counter from The Grid.
Any player may activate this ability.
