{3}{t}: Add a Portal counter and draw two cards, then discard a card. If The Guardian's Gate has 4 or more Portal counters on it, sacrifice it and draw two cards. Until end of turn, you may play up to 3 instant or sorcery spells from hand or graveyard for no mana.
