before any fighters have been deployed.
You may immediately recruit a House Agent
for this battle without making a Petition and
without paying a hiring fee. If you do so,
during the post-battle sequence you gain no
credits from scenario rewards. If you do not
have a model available to represent this
House Agent, you may discard this tactic and
select another.
