The Happy Mask Salesman

{t}: Choose target artifact. Starting with the
player on your left, each player may pay any
amount of mana. Repeat this process until all
players choose not to any more mana. If the
player who payed the most mana is not the
current controler of the target artifact, the controller adds {x} to their mana pool at the
begining of their next main phase where X is
half of the most mana payed, rounded down. The
player who payed the most mana gains control of
the target artifact.
