The Harbinger enters the battlefield with three
convergence counters. At the beginning of your
upkeep, put a convergence counter on The
Harbinger. You may then search your library for
a horror with converted mana cost equal to or less
than the number of convergence counters on The
Harbinger and put it onto the battlefield. If you
do, shuffle your library.
