The Harvest

Destroy target non-land permanent that shares a color with a non-land permanent
you control, then if you destroyed a creature inflict damage to your opponent equal to
that creatures toughness. Then if you
have at least 3 different colors among permanents you control, target 1 Scarecrow
in your graveyard and add it to your hand.
