The Harvester

Deathtouch
If The Harvester is killed by a
creature that creature is destroyed regardless of indestructible or other abilities.
If the Harvester destroys a creature using
deathtouch (meaning it didn't deal enough
damage to kill but deathtouch did) you get a
black zombie token thats a copy of the creature.
