The Harvester

Whenever a creature you control with power less
than or equal to the Harvesters power dies, put
a number of +1/+1 counters on the Harvester
equal to that creatures power.
{x}{p/u},{ut}: Move X +1/+1 counters from
the Harvester to target creature.
