The Heart Of The Cards

You may search the library for a card which mana
cost is equal or lower to {x}. Then draw a card.
If you don't have any creatures or planes walkers
on the battlefield,
or if you have 5 or lower life, or if you have no
other cards in your hand, you can cast this card for
nothing, and search for any card, no matter of
mana value.
