As The Helvault's first prisoner enters the battlefield search your library and/or graveyard for a card named "Helvault" and put it into play, reduce the cost of it's activated abilities by {7} until end of turn. If you searched your library this way shuffle it.
The cost to activate abilities of artifacts you control are reduced by {3} as long as you control an angel or sorin. This effect can't reduce the mana in that cost to less than one mana.
