The Hero You Deserve

Trust of the council - Each player votes for Need or Deserve at the same time. If you voted for Need, for each Need vote, search your library for a creature with a converted mana cost 4 or less then put it into play and it has Legion 2. If you voted for Deserve, for each Deserve vote, search your library for a creature then put it into play with a +1/+1 counter of it, and it has Indestructible. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)
