The Hooded One can't be the target of instant or sorceries.
The Hooded One's toughness equals the number
of artifacts under your control plus the number
of instant and sorceries in your graveyard.
You may pay {2}{u} to cast an artifact, instant, or sorcery from your hand without paying its mana
cost. You may only do this at any time you could
cast a sorcery.
