Enrage - Whenever The Hulk is dealt damage, put
that many +1/+1 counters on it. (It must survive
the damage to get the counters.)
Must attack each turn if able.
At the beginning of your end step, if Bruce
Banner or The Hulk did not deal or receive
damage, exile The Hulk, then return it to the battlefield transformed into Bruce Banner.
