When this card comes into play put a bounty conter on all permanents your opponent controls.
If The Hunter attacks a creature with a bounty counter and kills it you may destroy a permanent with a bounty counter on it.
Every time a permanent leaves the field if it had a bounty counter on it the owner receives a marked for death counter. If a player has 10 or more marked for death counters that player loses the game.
