The Implication

When The Implication enters the battlefield, put a Boat counter on each creature in play, any creature that enters the battle field gains a boat token. Whenever a creature deals damage to you, you MAY remove a boat counter from it and remove
that creature from the game.
They can't refuse...because of the implication...
