At the beginning of your upkeep, amass inchlings
1. If you are the monarch, also proliferate. (To
amass inchlings 1, put one +1/+1 counter on an army
you control. It's also an inchling. If you don't control
an army, create a 0/0 blue and red Inchling Army
first.)
